Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) - A group of naturally occurring substances found in many common fruits and foods such as Glycolic Acid (from sugar cane), Lactic Acid (from sour milk), Maltic Acid (from apples), Tartaric Acid (from grapes), and Citric Acid (from citrus fruits).
