It's the world’s first eyeliner invented to form
an intense water-resistant layer of color on your
skin, and is healthier for your eyes since no
rubbing or harsh makeup remover is necessary to
remove it. No fading, smudging, clumping,
running and most importantly, no flaking into your
eyes, making it ideal for those with sensitive
eyes as well as contact lens wearers. As
with their mascara, only a combination of water
and slight pressure, and the layers of color will
gently slide off leaving no tint or residue
behind. Smudging for a smokey effect can be
done within the first minute prior to the color
setting.

Blinc Lash Primer was developed as a lash and
eyebrow treatment as well as eyelash
enhancement. Developed to complement Kiss Me
mascara, it provides a greater base of volume &
length for your lashes, prior to applying your
mascara. It's dye-free and does not
contain any fumes or fragrances that will sting
or irritate your eyes. Its anti-inflammatory and
healing agents sooth and enhance the strength of
your lashes or eyebrows while increasing their
resistance to breakage. Blinc Lash Primer is
also enriched with Vitamin E which nourishes by
replenishing and augmenting the level of Vitamin
B5 in your lashes and eyebrows. Together, your
lashes/eyebrows are protected from damage caused
by over-heating and/or over-drying, free
radicals caused by the natural body process and
environmental stresses like ultra-violet light.
It also provides long lasting moisturization,
which conditions your lashes and eyebrows
without any build up.
